Use of Services
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 years of age and older. By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of your business. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Our Services
AI Business Transitions provides AI-powered customer-acquisition services for local and small businesses, including AI phone receptionists, lead capture, appointment booking, marketing funnels, and related automation. Specific deliverables, scope, and pricing are described at the time of engagement. We do not guarantee any specific business result, revenue, or outcome; results vary based on factors outside our control.
SMS Messaging Program
AI Business Transitions operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and prospects who have explicitly opted in. Messages sent through this program include appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up messages, and service updates.
How to Opt In: You opt in by providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website at aibusinesstransitions.com, or by calling our business line and requesting follow-up.
How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Message Frequency: Varies based on your activity and our communications.

No Sharing of SMS Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (e.g., customer service) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Payment & Billing
Plans and pricing. Our services are offered on a month-to-month basis. The business AI Voice Receptionist plan is $397 per month and the business Growth Engine plan is $497 per month. Existing business AI Voice Receptionist customers may upgrade to business Growth Engine for an additional $99 per month. Some engagements include a one-time setup or onboarding fee, which is disclosed in writing before it is charged. Current pricing is published at aibusinesstransitions.com.
Authorization for recurring charges. By starting a paid plan, you authorize AI Business Transitions to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis for your plan fee plus any applicable taxes, automatically and without further notice, until you cancel. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Billing cycle. Your subscription begins on the date of your first successful payment and renews automatically on the same calendar day each month.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling or texting 727-610-2207. Cancellation requests received at least 24 hours before your next billing date prevent that month's charge. Service continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not prorate or refund partial months. There is no cancellation fee. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds. Monthly fees are non-refundable except in the case of billing errors, our failure to deliver the contracted service, or at our discretion. Setup fees are non-refundable once configuration work has begun. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all refund matters and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it over the following several days. If payment cannot be collected within 10 days, we may suspend or terminate service.
Price changes. We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email. You may cancel before any price change takes effect.
Taxes. Prices exclude applicable sales, use, or similar taxes, which will be added where required by law.
Billing disputes. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] or 727-610-2207 before initiating a dispute with your card issuer. We respond to billing inquiries within one business day.
Call Recording
Calls to and from AI Business Transitions and our AI agents may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and service purposes. By continuing a call, you consent to such recording. Where required, callers are notified at the start of the call.
Liability Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Business Transitions, its owners, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
